If all of your iTunes music downloaded or purchased from iTunes Store, you can consider using an external hard drive to copy them(iTunes will save them on the iTunes folder on your computer) to another computer, if not, I suggest that use a third-party tool to help you – TunesGo, download it below and have a try.

Step by step to transfer iTunes music from one computer to another with TunesGo

Step 1: Install the TunesGo and connect your iPhone/iPad/iPod with old computer
First of all, install the TunesGo on your old computer. Then run it. With your USB cable connect your iPhone/iPad/iPod to your old computer. Once it's connected, this program will detect it immediately and display it in the primary window.iTunes Music to another computer - main screenshot

Step 2: Copy iTunes music from old computer to iPhone/iPad/iPod
In the left directory tree, click "Playlist", then the Playlist info will shows up on the right, on the top, click the “Add” and choose the “Add iTunes Playlist”, by default, all the playlist will be checked, you can uncheck the unwanted ones. Then click “OK”, the TunesGo will transfer iTunes music to your iPhone/iPad/iPod.
